On 20/02/2018, an ISO audit took place in our company in the field of domestic and international forwarding. The purpose of the audit was to assess the functioning and effectiveness of the organization’s management system for compliance with audit criteria and to assess the ability of the management system to ensure that the organization meets applicable contractual requirements, legal provisions and applicable standards.

No discrepancies were found during the audit in the organization. The management system has demonstrated compliance with the audit criteria and is effective in relation to internal and external changes. Collected audit evidence on the compliance and efficiency of the organization’s management system allowed us to state that the system has the ability to ensure that the organization meets the applicable requirements of legal regulations and contracts. The staff shows commitment to maintaining, effectiveness and improvement of the management system, which contributes to the improvement of the organization. The functioning of the management system allows the organization to achieve its business goals.

In March, our company had the audit supervision of compliance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009. Certificate has been maintained.
